Learn the basics of harvesting fruits and vegetables, and how to safely preserve them.
August 19 Workshop, 9-10 a.m.
"Year Round Vegetable Gardening"
Learn how to grow more food than you ever thought possible during the fall/winter months. This workshop will cover the differences between growing in the summer and winter, what you need to be successful, and what vegetable varieties do best in our area.
