There are three ways you can contact a Master Gardener to get your questions answered:

Call the Master Gardener Hotline at 530-889-7388. Please leave your name, phone number and questions. Master Gardeners staff the Hotline on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to Noon. Master Gardeners check the messages regularly and will return your call after researching your question.
Email your question by completing the Ask A Gardening Question form.
Visit the Placer County Master Gardener Office located at 11477 E Avenue (in DeWitt Center), Auburn. Master Gardeners are on site Tuesday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to Noon.

You can bring in a sample for diagnosis; preferably in a sealed plastic bag. The office is open to accept samples Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
